Our store is powered by Shopify. All sales are between you and eHuisdier, not Shopify.

By using the Services, you agree that Shopify is not responsible for your purchases, product quality, claims, or losses. You release Shopify from any liability related to your transactions with eHuisdier.

Your use of the Services is governed by our Privacy Policy. Some personal data may also be processed by Shopify under their own Privacy Policy.

Because our store is hosted by Shopify, certain information such as device data, browsing activity, and interactions may be processed by Shopify for security, analytics, and platform improvement.

21. GOVERNING LAW (DUTCH LAW)

These Terms and all disputes arising from your use of the Services are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.

The courts of Rotterdam, The Netherlands, have exclusive jurisdiction.

Material changes will be communicated when required by law.
