Shipping policy

Thank you for choosing eHuisdier. We work with a global fulfillment network and trusted logistics partners to deliver premium pet products straight to your door.


1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
During peak seasons or high-demand periods, processing may take an additional 1–2 business days.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.


2. Shipping Times

To ensure fast and reliable delivery, eHuisdier fulfills orders through our international distribution network.
This allows us to ship products efficiently from the nearest available partner warehouse.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Netherlands: 6–10 business days
  • Belgium: 6–10 business days
  • Germany: 6–10 business days
  • France: 6–10 business days
  • Other EU countries: 8–12 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, local carriers, weather conditions, or seasonal volume.


3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link via email.
Tracking information may take 2–5 business days to update depending on the carrier and the international scan process.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Destination country
  • Weight and size of the product
  • Current carrier rates

We aim to keep shipping fees as low as possible without compromising service quality.


5. Taxes, Customs & Import Fees

Good news — all taxes, VAT, customs duties, and import fees are already included in the product price, unless otherwise stated.

This means:

  • No surprise fees
  • No customs charges at delivery
  • The price you see is the final price you pay

6. Delayed Deliveries

While we work hard to deliver orders on time, delays can sometimes occur due to:

  • Customs inspections
  • Weather conditions
  • Logistic congestion
  • Carrier delays
  • Holiday-related volume

These delays are outside our control, but we will assist you in tracking and resolving any issues.


7. Lost or Missing Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it:

  1. Check with neighbors or building staff
  2. Confirm the shipping address
  3. Wait 24–48 hours (carriers occasionally mark items as delivered early)

If the package still cannot be found, contact us at support@ehuisdier.nl and we will investigate the issue.


8. Incorrect Address

If you entered an incorrect address at checkout:

  • Contact us within 12 hours at support@ehuisdier.nl
  • We will attempt to correct it before processing begins

If the order has already shipped, we cannot change the address and are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address.


9. Split Shipments

Depending on product availability, your order may arrive in multiple packages.
This allows for faster delivery and better stock management.

You will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.


10. Order Not Received

If your order has not arrived within the maximum estimated delivery window, contact us:

  • Re-shipping your item
  • Issuing store credit
  • Providing a refund (case-by-case)
